The security guy went out of his way to help us when we had problems.

The ceiling light was not working on the stoep and the reading lamp's electrical wire was so short it had to go OVER the bed. I asked for an extension chord and was told they would fix the light. Was a public holiday so security could not help, but gave me an extention chord. Only fixed it on 3rd day and then took the extention chord back. Amasingly there was no extra toilet roll and when I phoned and asked the lady, she said she would have one delivered. House maids should really put a second roll there before it runs out. As it happened the maid could apparently not get in and did not leave one at the door so the security guy got us one in the end. Small things but very irritating at the time.

D'une mettre la porte d'entré directement dans une chambre je trouve ça aberrant et de deux pourquoi mettre la place de parking 18 devant l'appartement 14 avec des fenêtres non étanche a l'air ou tout l'échappement nocifs des voitures qui se garait devant rentrer dans les toilettes et cuisine 😡

Adequate facilities, comfortable, nicely renovated

The single bed in the 2nd room had a broken slat underneath so mattress was not comfortable. The light in that room did not work, on last morning the fan did not work either. We reported it to the cleaning lady who looked under the bed & saw the broken slat. She was not able to assist with the light at all. There was a small lamp but the cord did not reach to the side table, so had to balance on the bed - not ideal especially as we stayed 3 nights. Not sure if this was reported to the owner who were told had left town. Drain in kitchen sink needs to be attended to as it appears to be blocked. Webber braai grid had not been cleaned.

The unit was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for our family. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We also loved the pool and pool area. The pool was big, clean, and well maintained, making it perfect for relaxing after a day out in St Lucia.

The entrance room light wasn’t working, so we had to rely on a lamp for lighting in that area. It wasn’t a major issue, but having proper lighting at the entrance would have been more convenient.

Great find, perfect Self-catering unit for a family. Close to shops and restaurants. Large pool to enjoy and super easy check-in.

All was perfect.

Its in the city centre, close to everything, nice place.

Location and privacy . Staff and security were kind and professional. The pool was clean.

The parking situation . Was awkward for me as I have an older model car with no power steering. The duvet on bed was uncomfortable.
