The location was perfect. Trolley pick up and could pay for the trolley at time of pick up. Every message was answered in a timely manner. Just a great place to stay

Fire pit and key pad lock given ahead of time for no check in hassles Spacious room for three girls Really appreciate the memory foam topper for Hide a bed

The information given prior to arrival said there was a Keurig coffee machine so that is what we packed and it was a Cuisinart Brew system. We went and bought coffee. Also, there were not sheets available in the room for the Hide a bed ..I contacted the property via my phone and they resolved it by telling me where to look for sheets in the lobby 😊

"It was a nice place to stay and would book it again."

The location of the hotel was very easy to find. Stonegate is very beautiful with the wood work in front of the hotel. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. It was very clean and spacious.

No attendant on the facility to answer or help with questions or basic needs. Older guests are confused by just email communication. Also it would be nice to have help with the outside fire pits.
