Parque Santiago II , renovated, ocean view, heated swimming pool !

The apartment has everything we needed. 3 toilets and 2 bedrooms is great when sharing with friends. Location was central to the beach and also to bars, shops and restaurants.

Fabulous location overlooking the sea. The apartment is spotless and very spacious. My only comment would be that the staircase is a little dangerous and you need to walk upstairs with caution. Otherwise it was fabulous, would return.

We have just returned home from 5 days here, it was beautiful, great apartment with everything you need, good location and a lovely sea view Our flight arrived late on the day of check in and Maks still made sure he was there to show us in and around our apartment. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return

Very clean. Had everything that was needed for our 6 day stay. Beautiful sunset view off the balcony. A ton of restaurants and stores all around. A short walking distance to really good beaches. Would not hesitate to book this apartment again!

The apartment was good,with a ocean view, you could see the mountain and a part of the island. well furnished, full kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, washing wachine+dryer, there was an iron and a hair dryer. The bedrooms are upstairs, one double bed in one and 2 expandable beds in the other room. It was warm enough during the night to sleep comfortable in the evening s chill. Bathrooms for each bedroom, and one toilet in the living area. Very easy to talk to the host anytime, helped us find a location to store our luggage until our departure later in the day after check out. It s located in an area full of restaurants and shops. There s a pool bar area with food and drinks. And there s a supermarket on the first floor. Overall, it was a good stay 😊 the Island is beautiful.

The wifi was slow in the accomodation. There was no heated swimming pool. The water was cold. Not a great pool area for kids, since you couldn't have any floaties, or balls in the pool. Also, you have to pay to use the sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. The beach in front of the hotel, maybe a km left and some distance right side, is not for sunbathing or swimming, but rather for surfing.

This is a large residential complex where a good share of apartments are rented to tourists. The building's set-up reminds of a hotel but there were a lot fewer people and less circulation than you could expect in a hotel. Even at the swimming pool in the middle of the day there was enough space. Note that you have to pay separately 5 Eur for the rental of a pool bed (if you need one). The swimming pool was large and well-maintained with a shallower and deeper sections, and warm sea salt water. There is a decent size supermarket on the ground floor and all kitchen facilities available in the apartment. The apartment was clean, recently renovated, with two small bed rooms on the upper floor and kitchen-living on ground floor. Two separate WC /shower rooms and a third WC on the ground floor. All was compact but with enough space for 2 adults and 3 children for one week, also considering that we spent the day time outside. From the balcony we could see Playa de las Americas, with beautiful waves and sound of ocean. We did not try swimming there as the beach looked rocky, so we walked 10-15 min to one of the man-made beaches covered with the African sand. The hosts were very welcoming, provided detailed directions in advance and were immediately available on the phone when we needed them upon our late arrival.
