MYThe seafront view was amazing — super chill and perfect for relaxing. Loved that they included a free BBQ set, we had a great time grilling. Place was spacious enough for our group, and having 2 bathrooms made things way easier. WiFi was solid, and the big Smart TV was great for watching Netflix at night.
MYWe came for the pool and the beach. The beach was nice cause it has direct access and it’s a private beach. Theres activities like banana boat and jetski. The pool was clean and kids friendly.
We arrived at 3pm for check in however the apartment is still not ready and we hv to wait for 15-20mins. There was no extra garbage bag in the apartment and no floor mat in the kitchen
MYPlenty of hidden costs. Eg Have to pay separately to enter the swimming pool. Car patking is RM10 each for more than 1 car They hold the deposit of RM200 and refund was not immediately.Have to wait until 10pm to be processed.
MY1. There is a beach located at the back of the apartment. 2. Many restaurant and food stalls nearby. 3. Smooth check in procedure & host was very responsive.
1. Overall cleanliness of the apartment has to be improved. 2. Sheets & towels were stained. 3. House smelled of moth balls. 4. Apartment is for 10pax but only 4 towels provided (any additional request is chargeable). The host did inform ahead, however if the accamodation is for 10pax, the amenities should be for 10pax too. 5. BBQ Grill provided however it was not in useable condition. It was rusty. 6. Very low water pressure in the bathroom.
MYOur main reason is the pool and the beach. This property has the pool and beach view. Beach is gated and quite private. Guarded parking area and nearby restaurant.
One of the room has leakage when we got up in the morning. Iron and hair dryer got wet and we afraid that it might cause short circuit if we use it. But Mr. Aden was very attentive and was trying to provide us with the replacement.
MYMYThe location was good. It's got swimming pool and by the sandy beach.
The unit owner did not mention that we had to pay to use to swimming pool. Very misleading because it was not mentioned in the booking.com that particular details.
