USI booked this accommodation for my supervisor. He loved the property. However, I have been trying without success to obtain a statement that breaks out the costs for the rental. We are a non-profit organization, and I need a specific breakdown showing the actual taxes charged, the fees charged, and the actual nightly rate. I have contacted the property and booking.com and each tells me the other can provide. To date I have not received anything. This is extremely frustrating.
USKitchen faucet was broken but operable. Only Netflix was available. TV remote was hard to use. Curtains in the bedroom would have been nice.
ITLocated in a nice and safe neighborhood not far from downtown.
Expensive stay, delicate and uncomfortable furniture an decor. Unexpected application of a 300$ deposit fee that was NOT listed in the apt. description. Sticklers for rules, I do not know what happened with previous guests but I am not responsible for the behavior of others and I did NOT appreciate the mistrust and threatening attitude of the company handling the transaction.
