Hotel Rural "La Ruta De Cabrales"

El trato del personal de la cafetería. Muy amables y serviciales.

Se sumó a la estancia nuestra hija durante una noche y el hotel no nos lo facilitó poniendo un plegatin (que cabía), lo que nos originó un serio problema. Hablado por tfno con supuestamente un responsable del establecimiento, ya que en la recepción nunca hay nadie, se negó a facilitar una solución en todo momento sin justificación aparente. En paralelo la puerta de entrada habría con dificultad, el secador no funcionaba, en el aseo por las mañanas había un fuerte olor a pipi, las toallas no nos las cambiaron en las 4 noches que estuvimos. En el correo de confirmación de reserva la empresa indica que el bar abre a las 8:00h y eso no es cierto abre a las 9:00h.

Era acogedor y cómodo

Había poco gel y champú y que para entrar era un poco lioso

The exterior was pretty. There’s parking right outside the room. The cleaning ladies seemed nice and happy to have us there.

The hotel is quite old and smells old. Inside the room the furniture is damaged. There isn’t even a fridge to keep a cool bottle of water. The wasn’t any hot water for two out of the three days we were there. You can hear everything your neighbours are doing, both in the room and in the parking lot so I couldn’t really sleep well. It looks like a USA motel, rather than a hotel in Spain. Also, they send a lot of emails before you arrive asking for check in details, which is fine, but for some reason it kept saying my ID was wrong (and it wasn’t) and I received multiple emails from them up to when I finally checked in at the hotel. There is no 24h staff which is why they ask for the check in details and it might be that you arrive and there is no one there to give you your keys. We were lucky that someone was there otherwise I’m not sure what would have happened if I couldn’t submit the check in online…
