I liked that it was right in front of a bus stop, and you only need to cross the road to get a bus that goes the other way. I also liked that the bed was comfortable, and it was a good space for 2 adults and one child. The sofa bed is also useful. The property also had a small "porch" area so it's extra private. So excellent location and a good space.

During my stay, the bathroom flush was broken (it was quickly fixed) but I didn't like how the customer service said it's happened the first time. Obviously it wasn't our fault, because a property manager came and surveyed the property while we were there and noticed the dishwasher was not working (we don't use the dishwasher) and that the door needed to be planed. Honestly the door was the worst as it was so hard to open it from the inside and it got stuck so badly! Additionally on our first night a neighbour from downstairs said that we've been making noise for the past couple of weeks - it was our first night?? So that means that the soundproofing of the flooring is very bad. We were just walking around the property normally so it was surprising and quite unpleasant to receive that kind of visit. After the visit, we accidentally left some clothing items in the unit - but we were not even informed! I realised it when we went home (luckily we live in Southampton so it's not like we were from a different state or country) and suddenly they couldn't even retrieve the items from the current guests - but they could interrupt our stay! It was so bizarre. Speaking of bizarre, the decorations were all over the place and it wasn't cozy. It was just a nice place to stay at but I don't feel much about it when we were leaving.
