Tiffany Apartment in Las Americas

The location was good, initially, the apartment was nicely done, but it hasn’t been maintained at all.

Laundry machine was rusty and barely cleaned the clothes Ironing board was a piece of plywood No bed covers, except for one sheet. When asked for blankets, we received some that looked as if they were used before and not cleaned. They smelled too. There was mold and leakage in the shower and the tiles were properly cleaned over time. There were several other issues regarding the walls and such. I have photos. When asked for a late checkout, they said ok but if we leave a 10 score review on booking and just provide recommendations for improvement on WhatsApp.

Appartamentino accogliente, per 4 persone forse un po’ piccolo. Cucina abbastanza fornita, sprovvisto dei prodotti da bagno. È presente anche una piscina a disposizione di tutti i condomini. La posizione è molto comoda sia per uscire la sera senza macchina sia come punto di partenza per poter girare l’isola.

Posizione eccellente per essere subito sulle spiagge e sulla movida di playa de las americas, piscina sempre pulita e molto carina con bar annesso molto utile

Appena arrivati nel palazzo non c era acqua e non abbiamo potuto rinfrescarci, senza che nessuno ci abbia avvisato per tempo. Stanza non troppo pulita con le briciole vicino al tostapane, formiche e Ventilatore pieno di polvere che ho pulito stesso io prima di usarlo perché in condizioni pietose.

Świetna okolica, blisko plaż, restauracji, tuż przy pięknej promenadzie. Blok cichy, spokojny, z basenem, w okolicy sklepy. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. W ostatnim dniu pozwolił nam dłużej zatrzymać się w apartamencie. Polecamy.

Apartment OK, Safe was locked i and asked for code ,but was told information was in the Safe, and was asked why I didn't mention the Safe was locked on arrival, and I replied that I did message you as soon as we arrived,and we never got access to the Safe. The pool was in need of attention, and couldn't be accessed until 10am, No food or drinks allowed around the pool unless purchased from the pool bar. That never opened all the time we stayed there 9 nights March 18/27,would not stay here again.

The letting agents, White Coral were very helpful and helped me through the whole process. The apartment was very clean and the whole block felt secure.

Perfect location. Very spacious apartment and cosy. You can enjoy your breakfast on the balcony every morning. I will definitely come here once again.
