Wifi wasn't available, and staff didn't help me to solve this problem.

We liked the place! It was adventurous! The rooms were small but enough. There is a cozy terrace towards the inner space. The location is really close to the center. It was a nice surprise for us that there is a place where we could leave our luggage for free the last day.

There was a problem with the shower - the temperature was unstable - it was going from normal through freezing and hot all by itself and it was really uncomfortable! No hair dryer. And it was a bit noisy, because the train is close.

Very non personal booking procedure and rather complicated to entry the apartment, which was of poor quality compared to the the price. The price is of course related to that Como for me is an overrated tourist trap.

After 20 minutes waiting in front of the apartment a young man with the electric roller came went to the apartment five minutes later, so it’s okay, you can come in there was no shampoo and soap. No coffee and tea the rest was okay

Convenient location, easy check-in process

No usable kitchenware (pots, pans, teacups), the heating was too strong but couldn't be regulated.

Location.

Unstable cupboard above extractor fan. This had been dislodged and contained pots and pans which quite easily could have fallen out causing injury or damage. Bathroom flooring had come apart and a large amount was missing. This was a tripping hazard and could also have caused cuts to the feet. The kettle leaked. Soap tray holder in the shower was very rusty. All of the above was notified to the owner. As a result a mat was provided to cover the problem on the bathroom floor. The soap tray was cleaned to remove most of the rust. The other two problems were not addressed.

The Location

No electricity for more than 12 hours. No one told me where is the general witch key in the entrance of the building. I spent all the night in darkness without water heater for shower & hot rooms with AC off.. the microwave & the cooker were off also, so we didn’t eat. We cannot see anything so my children were scared all night. No internet & all mobiles are dead. I tried to contact over 12 hours by my international data rooming. It was a black comedy when they respond 9:30 am just before checkout & told me the location of the switch key in the entrance of the building’s ground floor.. and now they saved the electricity in purpose & may be this was intended

Superior replacement, clean and neat, air-conditioner, all minimal necessary facilities are presented.
