"We had a lovely relaxed 2 day break. Flat had everything and North Berwick was really lovely."

The location was excellent - beach and terrific views on your doorstep. A short 2 minute walk into main streets with shops restaurants and bars. A quiet yet central location. Good free parking on sea front just round the corner.

"Perfect place to stay for a weekend in North Berwick!"

Next to the Beach is absolutely perfect! We had a wonderful stay here. Lisa, the host, couldn’t have been more accommodating with any queries and information before arrival and was very helpful when we arrived, showing us around the property and giving us lots of detail about the town. She couldn’t have been a better host. Lisa has thought of everything for a perfect stay and to make her guests feel entirely at home in her fabulous property! Perfectly located across from the beach and within walking distance to the local shops and amenities. Super comfortable and clean with ample space for everyone. Looking forward to returning for another stay in the future!

"A great, short break in rare Scottish sunshine"

The property was pristine, accessible, well equipped and in an excellent location. Very close to the beach and town centre amenities. Great tips from Lisa on where to eat and where to visit. We went to and enjoyed Archerfield Walled Garden and Cafe at Dirleton on her recommendation. A multitude of games and books in the apartment to entertain both adults and children if weather was poor. We were lucky and had lots of sunshine.
