Ich möchte meine durchweg positive Erfahrung mit diesem Apartment teilen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine riesige Terrasse, die viel Platz zum Entspannen bietet. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und enthält alles, was man im Alltag braucht. Ein besonderes Plus ist der Gasgrill auf der Terrasse, den wir häufig genutzt haben. Praktisch ist außerdem der Tiefgaragenstellplatz: kein lästiges Parkplatzsuchen, bequemer Zugang mit dem Aufzug und ein echter Vorteil beim Einkauf (Wasser, Lebensmittel etc.). Ein kleines Manko gab es und hat unseren Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt. Die Verwaltung (Intermobiliaria) war sehr freundlich und kompetent, ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und hat sich bemüht, alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu regeln. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Rosa, die jederzeit sehr nett und hilfsbereit war. Ich kann das Apartment daher unter Vorbehalt empfehlen.

Das Manko wahren die Betten ( Matratzen ) in allen Zimmern, man liegt darin wie in einer Hängematte. Für mich eine Katastrophe !

We loved how spacious and clean it was, as well as the huge balcony and having the use of two pools. The kitchen utensils and facilities for cooking for the whole family were excellent. The beds were comfortable and the wardrobe space was excellent for a family of five. The pool life guards were also incredibly polite and helpful, which was so nice.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property, although the hill from the harbour up to the property was not for the feint-hearted!

El apartamento esta en una urbanizacion que esta muy bien y es muy traquila, ideal para familias. Cerca del puerto y del paseo maritimo de Estepona.

Aunque todo ha ido genial y el apartamento es muy bueno y la limpieza del mismo tambien, no se si por la zona que es o por alguna otra circunstacia, han aparecido cucarachas en el apartamento y el la urbanizacion durante nuestra estancia, lo que es un poco desagradable y a los niños sobre todo les asusta mucho.

I can safely say I did not have anything bad to say about his property. We had an absolute fantastic time.

Apartamentai labai erdvūs, šalia du baseinai, lengvai ir greitai pasiekiamas paplūdimys, grįžimas iš jo lengvesnis per vidinį kiemą. Šalia puikūs žuvies restoranai. Automobilį laikėme požeminiame garaže ( 2 vietos).
