The landlord is very bad in dealing. The bed is broken and uncomfortable. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. He did not prepare the apartment. The apartment was very cold upon arrival as the heater was not working.

The property was excellent

It is false advertising. There is two room and a living room. Not three rooms and a living room. Also, the number of beds is not as it was said. It wasn't problem for us because it was enough for us, but still one of us was sleeping on a sofa

This property has higher standards than most of other places in Pavia. Very well equipped, comfortable, practical, good internet. Parking was easy across the road and free!

The stairs… two floors up with no lift, it was hard for us we had 10 luggages. But it would not deter me for staying there again. An instruction manual for the lights, electrical appliances, garbage etc would be useful. The second bedroom has a single bed, I think it would be much better if that also had a double bed.
