It’s private and the views are breathtaking

The toilet and kitchen are a bit old. The toilet has distinct smell and the hot water mixer of the shower is not working well. Hard to take hot shower

The view is breathtaking 😍 ✨️ especially at the sunset and the sunrise. Absolutely loved the place!!! There's only one thing to be aware of: The driveway was steeper than we thought and was also curved, so we could not take our boat to the top with a 2WD van and had to leave it at the bottom of the driveway-luckily was plenty of space. So, if you come on holiday with a boat, a 4WD is a must, as there's no chance of washing the engine at the marina and we couldn't find any possibilities of doing it elsewhere in Kaikoura. Other than that, it is one of the best places we stayed at!!! Highly recommend!

The view from the back yard is absolutely stunning. It's a great place to sit back, have a beer or wine and just unwind.

Having the one bathroom for four people isn't the best, but it's definitely doable. The fact that this is the one thing I could think of speaks volumes about the place.

views are perfect, face to the sea. Staffs were very nice and helpful.

Location. Loved having our meals outside at the wooden table enjoying the view. While it was very windy in kaikoura it was nice and sheltered at the house.

It was a comfortable stay enough with the family, and the view is Stunning! :)
