Central Chambers Suites

Excellent accomadation. The lady from reception was very nice and super polite. She was very helpfull. The room is super clean. Everything was perfect, the bed is very comfortable, but for just a little note the sofa bed isnt confortable at all.

The protracted means of entering the property. Codes and ID checks pre-arrival at the property would be better. Also, having to set the temperature in a separate room/cupboard, in order to warm the room on arrival, which was cold.

Clean and tidy

Out with work colleagues but having been read so many rules and regulations felt like they weren’t allowed to wait for me inside which made it feel not a welcoming as hotel normally stay in where we wait and get ready together . I also didn’t require heating on a prefer to sleep in a cold room but then felt the quilt on the bed was not adequate to keep warm and there were was no additional bedding available other than that pleasant stay
