El trato cercano tanto de la propiedad como de la persona que entrega las llaves. La facilidad para gestionar cualquier incidencia. La ubicación. La tranquilidad del vecindario.

Tal vez le falta una pequeña actualización a la casa, según nos comentaron lo tienen previsto.

Lo mejor es lo cerca que está de la balsa. Además, en la casa se está muy fresquito, y tiene unas zonas de terraza enormes.
