I liked the location, the apartment had everything you needed for your stay, everything went to plan

The pool was excellent but too cold for me

Quiet complex. Great pool. Apartment was comfortable with all the equipment we needed for cooking our evening meals including BBQ. Location was ideal for Costa Teguise beach and restaurants.

The complex is amazing as are the people who live there

There was a lot of dampness in the twin room that needs fixing and also the back outside area is a tip

Location is central to supermarket which is right on your doorstep, some great bars and restaurants, away from the hustle and bustle of the main square and close to the bus stop and taxi rank. Very quiet during day and night as it’s mainly residential . Safe and secure complex. Stunning large swimming pool. Surrounding grounds kept clean and tidy

There’s really nothing to dislike about this duplex property. It’s possibly slightly more costly than some other properties around Costa Teguise, however all of the likes outweigh dislikes

Perfect location, close to supermarket ( just outside the complex) great bars and restaurants. Stunning large pool which was attended to daily. Pool is not heated but the sunshine definitely heated it. A home from home experience with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. Very clean throughout. Sunny from early morning on front terrace, with a choice of sun lounger / table and chairs. The information shared by host for entering the property was clear and shared in advance. Excellent and speedy communication with Rafa ( host). An 18 night stay with a return stay already planned to this property

With all of the positives mentioned, there’s a few things that could be improved upon. The terrace area at the back or property needs painting and new garden furniture. I only used this area for hanging washing out but would have been lovely to sit. A freshen up of paint in areas inside would improve the look. There is no air conditioning, however there are fans in each bedroom and lounge area which were a bonus. Curtains in main bedroom and lounge need replacing as they don’t cover the whole of the window area totally

Perfect location, very quiet but close to all amenities - supermarket, restaurants, beach and bus stop. Apartment was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Large swimming pool very maintained.

Nothing really. A few of the facilities in the apartment could benefit from being updated or replaced but this did not bother us at all.

The location was just perfect. We are older and only a short walk to supermsrket,bakery, bus stop taxi rank and shops.

only the weather, have never known Lanzarote to be so cloudy or have some rain.

Great location, quiet complex and lovely swimming pool.

Pillows really uncomfortable and no air conditioning. So sleeping when temperatures are above 20 is very difficult
