It’s a perfect location and nice apartment. The bathrooms, rooms and kitchen are great and it’s well equipped.
The only niggle is the lounge, which looks great but if you want to watch TV in the evening the sofas are to the side of the room and not particularly comfortable. It would be nice to replace the two chairs with a more comfortable third sofa. Only a relatively minor complaint though.

Perfect location. Easy bus to/from train station. Large, light-filled space. Elevator. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Lots of closet storage. Sound proof with windows closed. Quick response to a problem in the apartment.
There are no towel bars or hooks in the bathroom so having one set of towels for 5 nights was gross. Poor bed linens as in no mattress pad, and zippered pillow covers but no pillow case. No black out shade in the bedroom. Even with the exterior shutters closed the room was light at night. Cleaning fee, but required to sort and take out garbage, even though no separate bins were provided to sort.

There was a lot to like. The rooms were very good and each had a bathroom which was very nice. The communal living area was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery and glass. The central location was perfect for getting around on foot. So that we had enough room we also rented the next door flat and that worked very well.
San Nicolò is a very noisy street.

The location is amazing. Property stylish and cozy one bedroom and sofa bed and sitting room.
There was no coffee or tea, no shampoo and just one bottle of soap for all the property. We miss soap in the kitchen and we really wanted some coffee or tea. Blackout curtains would be such a comfortable thing.
