Todo en general: gran originalidad al entregar el desayuno (se contrata aparte y lo suben a la habitación en una bonita maleta, el desayuno es muy completo); amplitud del apartamento y muy buena ubicación. No hay problemas de aparcamiento próximo al establecimiento. El circuito de SPA que contraté junto con la reserva era estupendo y podíamos acceder a él de forma ilimitada dentro del horario establecido.

Todo nos gustó mucho, nada negativo que contestar en este punto.

I enjoyed the facilities are pretty nice, clean and new with a beautiful view in the Spa area. the staff was incredible.

No card payment on site. Parking can be a bit far. Especially if you bring groceries.

This place was truly a gem in the middle of Penalva — such a wonderful surprise, especially for my children. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kate, whose friendly demeanor immediately made us feel at home. The calming scent and soothing music in the reception area set a perfect tone for our stay. Our room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We especially loved the bathroom — such great attention to detail! Communication with our host was excellent throughout. Both hosts were absolutely amazing — they took the time to talk with us, offered helpful tips, shared their passion for their future plans, and were genuinely kind and accommodating people. The spa was another highlight! My children felt completely rejuvenated after experiencing the different features, especially the sensory spa and saltwater pool. They’re already asking to return — even though we only stayed for a day, it was a major highlight of our trip to the northern region. Highly recommend!
