"Best stay in Sunderland!"

Amazing hosts. Feel like we had so many questions ahead of our stay and they were so patient with us in answering them. Property itself is amazing and the spiral stair case is such a cool feature. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfortable with premium quality bedding and linen. Free parking right outside the front door was easy and checking in and out was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend!

"Cosy place in a quiet neighbourhood"

It is in a great quiet neighbourhood close to the bus stop and local shops. It was super quiet at night, and I could hear only wind and seagulls in the distance. A perfect place for undisturbed relaxation!

The kitchen is small, so don't plan to cook a lot. Still, it is great for making breakfast or evening sandwiches. Don't worry because there are many places to eat in town or to order food deliveries.
