"BREAK IN INCIDENT"

Unsafe homestay – break-in incident during our stay My family and I stayed at this property on 26/10/2025 after booking through Booking.com. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered that the main door and all windows were damaged and could not be locked securely. I informed the host immediately, but was only told “okay noted,” with no further action taken. That same night, the house was broken into while we were inside. My daughter’s handbag was stolen, containing her bank cards, student card, cash, several new clothes still in packaging, and a bag of makeup items. A police report was filed the next morning, and the police confirmed that the property was indeed unsafe. I notified the host again after the incident, but their only response was “sorry,” with no attempt to assist or offer compensation. This shows a clear lack of responsibility and concern for guest safety. This homestay is not suitable for families or anyone who values safety. I sincerely hope Booking.com reviews this property’s safety standards and reconsider keeping it listed, as guests deserve a secure and trustworthy place to stay.

NOTHING!

A LOT OF BED BUGS AND CHARLIE ANTS ON THE MATTRESS IN EVERY BEDROOM AND ROAMING AROUND THE ENTIRE UNIT!!! EVEN FOLLOWED UNTIL MY HOUSE GREATEST DISSAPPOINTMENT TRIP!
