La posizione

Stanza sporca, ragnatele, muffa vicino alla tenda della doccia, bidet dal quale non usciva acqua calda, ci hanno dato solo un telo ed un asciugamano piccolo. Letto e cuscino scomodo, niente tenda in camera da letto con stanza al primo piano, ho chiesto un cambio asciugamani e mi è stato negato.

Tutto perfetto. Casa ben isolata, nonostante le alte temperature all'esterno,non abbiamo sofferto il caldo (ci sono anche ventilatori disponibili). Cucina ben organizzata, letti comodi e posto perfetto, zona tranquilla.

Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

Nicht sauber. Küchenaustattung defekt und das allerletzte ! Keine Tassen, keine tiefen Teller. Gläser und Besteck extrem schmutzig. Überall Mücken. Im Park vor der Tür verschrottungsreife Fahrräder. Türschlüssel funktioniert nur sehr schwierig . Sehr weit vom Parktplatz zur Eingangstür bei Regen sehr unangenehm.

Un complejo habitacional gigante. Fácil desorientarse pero las instrucciones para arribar y aparcar fueron muy precisas por parte del propietario. Cercano al centro de salud Humanitas lo que lo hace muy cómodo para quien acude al mismo. Apartamento espacioso y agradable. Bien amueblado y con todos los utensilios necesarios en su cocina.

Tiene un hermoso balcón terraza aunque sus plantas necesitarían más cuidados. La bañera es alta para personas de baja estatura. Sería necesario extender los horarios del check in y del check out.
