"Terrible area, dirty house, bad host."

House was overall dirty, and smelled like smoke. The area was not nice and the sink in the kitchen did not work. The house was hot and we tried to change the temperature but it didn’t work. Furniture was stained and dirty. Tried to contact host to no response ultimately left and found a hotel somewhere else.

We tried to contact the host regarding broken sink and AC to no response. Booking also tried to contact host to no response. We didn’t stay and couldn’t get a refund terrible overall.

"Worst property ever."

We were left completely stranded by them. Our group flew to D.C. for an important summit and never received entry instructions. Left waiting in a restaurant, soaking wet, while booking.com tried in vain to contact the property. No one ever responded. We had to scramble for another hotel last minute. This disrupted our entire delegation. Choosing this property was a total nightmare.
