Good location, close to city center and in a lively zone

Room structure is a bit odd and not something one would consider as a comfortable choice

Pro : - Location Cons: - Apartment is a old basement converted in a apartment. - there is a smell of mold if you don’t open the door to refresh the air. - No phone signal at all - The temperature inside was max 18*C even if the heating was turned to max on. - we also found spider webs - the upper window does not close fully - there is a light in the yard that will light your bedroom all night, because the courtin does not cover the entire window. The apartment is a old basment that was converted into living space. It is not mentioned that it is at the first floor and you have just a bit of natural light. The windows/door are very big and everyone can see inside and the only way to have privacy is to pull the courtins tht don’t always cover everything. !!!!! There is no phone signal in the apartment!!!! Only Wi-Fi. That was not working after we came from the City. We call the owner and she told as that the Wi-Fi router is in another apartment that she is renting and she need to call the other person to check it. And that we need to wait until they also return to their location to reset the router.

It is in a quien street and totally central.

It was not said that the apartment is on the groundfloor , in the country yard behind the containers. If you open the curtain everyone can see you . Even in the bed-place!
