Staff not at all supportive, we were charged for breakfast but breakfast was not provided, not even water was made available during the stay., even the drinking glasses, allout was provided for extra charge. Vehicle parking is also not available with in premises

During my stay, I encountered several issues. The shower was broken and the window air conditioner was very old, producing noise and failing to cool the room properly. Additionally, the towel provided had a large hole in it. I had included breakfast in my booking for an extra charge of Rs 300 per day. However, the breakfast provided was worth no more than Rs 100. Even the hotel staff mentioned that it was a mistake to include breakfast in my booking, as they could have provided the same food at a much lower price. Above all, wifi speed was very low.
