Modern apartment 4 mins from Gatwick

Location was amazing

Owner left fresh milk and tea bags which was very welcome after a delayed flight.

Nice apartment less than 10 minutes walk from Horley train station which takes you to Gatwick Airport in 3 minutes. There is also the bus stop that takes you to the airport in a few minutes. Several supermarkets and bars nearby. It is in the center of Horley. Parking available to leave the car overnight, a little confusing until you get it and then all good. A quiet and clean apartment, with the basics for a stay like at home. Smooth registration and good, clear communications.

Bad phone signal, practically no bars on our phones, using different networks. Something that is not in the hands of the owners, being a ground floor and interior, the coverage is not good, at least on our devices, and we had to leave the phones in the window to get some coverage. If we are in the area, we will still return for the comfort and location.

Very convenient location for Gatwick. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Responsive owners, keen for us to enjoy our stay.

There were one or two minor maintenance issues which we reported, but none spoiled the enjoyment of the stay. There are separate access codes for the street door, apartment key box, car park and bin store, which is irritating. No microwave.

There were some games and books in the flat, which was a nice touch. Comfortable bed as well!
