New Cozy 3 Bedroom House

We really loved how cozy and clean the place was. The location was perfect,close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The space had a really nice vibe, and the little touches, like the well-equipped kitchen and comfy bed, made it feel like home.

Secure and comfortable place to stay in. Near a mall, church , etc.

Near the airport airplanes hear landing or take off.

Tons of space. The master bedroom is huge and has a nice balcony. There were 6 of is and we were very comfortable. I would stay again.

There are 3 floors with the master on the 3rd floor. The stairs were hard on my hips, but I would still stay here again. Also, there is a water heater in the master bath for the shower, but it didn't work. Cold showers are common in the Philippines anyway, so not a deal breaker.

The air con was nice

Could do with a lot of cleaning in particular the kitchen , broken table chair which I put aside so nobody would use , we didn’t realise it was 3 flight of stairs to go to main bedroom and also problems with the water heater upstairs as well as the compressor going if during the night along with the planes going over so close, plus the pool was not ready to use
