Khasia House - on the Golden Mile

Lovely location, short walk to the beach. The property is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The house has everything you could want and the host is absolutely wonderful and very thoughtful, we were left a lovely rusks. The highlight is the immaculate lawn and braai area. Beautiful view of the ocean from the back yard.

The one thing that would make it an exceptional stay would be a bit more entertainment, the house is dying for a pool table! a few board games would be nice. There is a lovely games room with toys for kids which was a pleasant surprise having our baby with.

Excellent accommodation served our purpose. We did the Jazz Festival in Tietiesbaai. Just a pity we did not have enough time on our side to use the braai and Piza facilities available. Definitely, next time, we will make time for it.

it has all the amenities you need to house many people.

the septic tank created a vile smell that we had to deal with the entire week. The electricity kept tripping due to a faulty geyser. They sent out services numerous times to solve the problems but only the geyser problem was solved. The vile smell continued that we had to move the children from the bedroom and play area downstairs, they had to bunk with their parents - which was not ideal. The scatter cushion covers were caked with hair. The house needs a thorough deep clean and the bathrooms needs to be maintained. Shower upstairs kept falling down and the shower door in main bedroom could not close properly. In the future construction work (house) happening on side that has sea views.

Everything about this place is exceptional. The location is the best, serene, quiet and very relaxing. The house had everything we needed without any hassle. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, very friendly person indeed. Easy access to the beach for those morning walks. Thank you for the best stay
