"Spacious apartment in a good location"

Location is good, and access via lift. Apartment is large and spacious, and clean. Kitchen is well equipped.

TV does not work well and there is no connection to local TV channels. Beds are quite hard and pillows arent comfy. Key collection wasn't as easy as expected as they asked us to go a restaurant but this was closed both on arrival and departure. Heating didn't work in the property and it was very cold.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum in der Fußgängerzone. Supermarkt,Bäcker,alles innerhalb wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Leider war die Ausstattung wie z.B. Möbel sehr alt und abgenutzt. Fernseher hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert und einer der Stühle ist zusammengebrochen nachdem man sich hingesetzt hat. Die Wohnung war teilweise nicht sehr sauber: es waren viele Haare auf dem Teppich zu finden (bereits bei der Ankunft) und die Kissen waren mit Flecken bedeckt.

"Very disappointing stay. The apartment was cold, not clean, and missing basic items. Poor quality for the price"

The place is well located

but there was no soap or shampoo, and the apartment was extremely cold because the heating wasn’t turned on. The kitchen items were not clean, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the towels were dirty and of poor quality. Overall, the price–quality ratio is not acceptable
