Emplacement idƩal, a 5 min du centre Ơ pied. Propre et fonctionnel

Il y avait de gros travaux dans lā€™habitation dā€™Ć  cĆ“tĆ© (tractopelle ..), de 8h30 Ć  18h le bruit Ć©tait en continu. Jā€™aurai apprĆ©ciĆ© lā€™apprendre par le propriĆ©taire et non de moi mĆŖme en arrivant devant le logement

De kamers zijn ruim en nieuw, alles ziet er fris uit. Keuken nieuw, koffiezet apparaat. internet was goed om mee online te werken.

Kookstel sloeg vaak op tilt, weinig pannen om goed te koken. Haakjes om kleding etc op te hangen. Of je kleding op te bergen. Geen deur die de ruimte afsloot. Niet comfortabel kunnen zitten. Misschien omdat wij met 4 personen waren en 1 stel in de kamer op het bedbank sliepen. Het was niet echt bank die je even snel opknapt. Bij 2 personen heb je dit probleem niet.

GerƤumig, tolle Kaffeemaschine, gutes WLAN, zentrale Lage, flexibler self-checkin, prima Kommunikation mit Vermieterin, gute Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck. Alles sehr sauber, kein Feuchtigkeitsproblem

Teilweise etwas lieblos mit WaschkĆ¼chenflair- kƶnnte noch etwas Deko oder Bilder vertragen. Lage im Untergeschoss gewƶhnungsbedĆ¼rftig, da ist vielleicht die obere Wohnung vorteilhafter - das ist aber typisch fĆ¼r Hƶhlenwohnungen

Buona posizione per visitare il centro storico di Matera. Appartamento ben ristrutturato e pulito.

Necessario parcheggiare in garage a pagamento prima della zona ztl. Appartamento in fondo a uno stretto cortile, molte scale per accedere, l'entrata eā€™ una porta finestra, senza schermatura sul vetro. Stanza da letto senza finestra. Cucina poco attrezzata (manca per es. coltello per il pane e tagliere, bollitore acqua ecc.)

Um die Self Check-in Informationen zu erhalten sollten wir den Gastgeber proaktiv Ć¼ber WhatsApp kontaktieren (bei anderen UnterkĆ¼nften in Italien erfolgte dies stets durch den Gastgeber). Die Check-In Informationen selbst kƶnnten besser sein (z.B. Fotos des Eingangs). Nach unserem eigenen Check-in halfen wir anderen GƤsten die ebenfalls nach der EingangstĆ¼r suchten...
