Comfy & Modern Studio at blv Anfa

Het is een leuk ingerichte studio. Ondanks dat het vlak bij 2 van de drukste straten van Casablanca ligt (Boulevard Anfa en Boulevard Zerktouni), is het heerlijk rustig. Alles is op minder dan 2 minuten afstand lopen, kappers, restaurants, bars, kruideniers, stomerij, noem het op en het is er. De eigenaar (Robin) is makkelijk bereikbaar via whatsapp, hij is meertalig en spreekt in ieder geval Engels en Frans.

Eigenlijk niets. Ik was van plan 3 dagen te blijven, om daarna verder te kijken in een andere wijk, om zo de stad beter te leren kennen. Maar omdat het zo fijn was hier, heb ik besloten om mijn verblijf met 5 dagen te verlengen.

Very disappointing experience. Before arriving, I contacted the host to ask for pictures of the building so we could find it easily, but they never replied. When we arrived, we couldn’t locate the building and tried calling multiple times with no answer. We were left walking around with no help at all. On top of that, we were told to check out at 10 a.m. so they could clean the apartment, which was shocking because when we entered, the place was already dirty and trash was left inside. Poor communication and unacceptable cleanliness. I do not recommend this place.

La Porte du balcon était cassé, l’hote avait dit qu’il va envoyer quelqu’un, chose qui n’a pas était faite , sans aucune excuse ni explication après ! J’étais obligé de dormir sur le canapé qui n’etait pas du tout comfortable pour éviter la lumière du jour , les draps ne sentaient pas la propreté, et j’ai vu des poils dessous en arrivant !

Firstly the apartment is ok but there were no towels available, no bathroom rugs after shower the floor got all the water everywhere, windows were broken and I had to sleep all the day light on my face with no curtains. But the worst was about to when I took elevator and got stuck for 30 minutes and nobody listened to my help and then I had to bring all my force to open the elevator by force and got out. Since I was scared to use again the elevator next morning I took stairs and got slipped because the girls were cleaning the stairs without any warning, I had to go hospital get my X-ray done since I was unable to walk duento severed pain in my neck, back and lumbar. I am sure it's may be nothing to do with the apartment but small things got my experience worse and I have already contacted my lawyer to get information where I can file a case because it could have been worse with the elevator situation or falling from the stairs since all these comes under severe negligence.
