Property was as described, value for money. The only negative that caused some concern was the delay in refunding damage deposit but it was returned eventually

Nothing not like was like home from stayed there in an Emergency was kindly able to check in early. Property was spotless had everything we needed. Also nice and quiet. Close to local shops, only 5 mins by car for Asda.

Lovely house in a quiet but well-placed area. Comfortable beds and well-appointed kitchen.

Owner very responsive to queries raised.

We only learnt on arrival that the glass cooker hob was not working as it had been cracked and taped up and replaced with a two ring electric heater. Previous reviews had commented on the lack of privacy in the living room as curtains were missing from the front windows and no attempt had been made to put this right. Another problem which may also have been long standing was a fault on the boiler as we arrived to a cold house. We were told by the owner to switch to Manual control and reset the boiler. This we had to do each morning of our stay. Kitchen provision could do with improvement as there was only one tablespoon, one glass tumbler and an old foam washing up sponge (a new replacement provided by reviewer).

Bed was really comfortable

Cobwebs hanging from ceiling just needs a clean n a good hover apart from that no issues at all

The property was clean and decorated so beautifully! The beds were 10/10 super comfy!!

Thin see through curtains in the front living room felt like anyone walking past could see me. But this was the only thing that could be improved!

I would have preferred some curtains in the front room as people can look in while watching tv in the evening so no privacy also curtains at the back
