everything was perfect! we found everything what we needed in the apartment. it was just in the center of the everything and the parking was nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location is perfect - Close to everything - really nice small terrace at the back! Everything you need in the apartment is there. the car park is an amazing thing in Funchal.

If we have to give a “negative” critique it will only be that a bad smell was coming from all the drain’s. nothing that the owner can deal with.

Good location. Not far from the Airport Express bus stop 4. Easy access to local shops, things to do and buses. Quiet despite being on a street full of restaurants. Appreciated the small terrace; useful for drying clothes and glasses of wine.

Although I knew there was no door to the bedroom; it did feel odd; especially when the partner had different going to bed and getting up times. The apartment is starting to feel like it needs some maintenance over the small stuff. Grubby grouting and broken window blind but I see that this has been mentioned in previous reviews.

Great location, nice comfy bed, fairly clean, plenty of storage and utilities, nice homely feel to it at a fair price, would stay again if issues below were addressed.

Poor communication, as message sent and read but no reply, strong unpleasant smell from shower drain, lot of mould on shower grouting, screws missing on sink cupboard door, right blind in bedroom would not go up or down but I sorted this.

Everything was perfect. Spacious and comfortable, good facilities, it’s in the literal centre of the historic town with dozens of restaurants and landmarks at your doorstep. a 5 minute walk to the harbour, fort, supermarkets, airport bus stop, and excursion pick-up points. All restaurants downstairs close at 12, so very quiet, peaceful sleep on a comfortable and large bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with one of the kitchen doors and someone came and fixed it within minutes. Little terrace at the back was great. It was a perfect stay, and would definitely recommend and come back.
