The hotel is very nice, with clean and well-arranged rooms. The pool is well maintained and the beds are really comfortable. The location is convenient, just a few steps from the beach (although not directly on the seafront). The owner is friendly and helpful.

The internet connection in the room was extremely poor. The staff did not speak English at all, which made communication very difficult (for example, we ordered pancakes but received an omelet instead). Breakfast was very monotonous, with the same two dishes offered every day. If you wanted an extra portion, you had to pay additionally – which seems unreasonable for a hotel in this price range. The beach equipment provided by the hotel was in very poor condition. The umbrellas were unstable and would collapse even with a light breeze. The sunbeds were very rusty, which ended up staining and damaging our belongings, so instead of enjoying the beach, I had to spend time cleaning my things. There was also no proper place to dry clothes or towels. The air-conditioned room was not suitable for drying, and the owner asked us not to leave items on the terrace in order to “keep the hotel elegant.” However, an elegant hotel would never allow such neglected equipment in the first place. The hairdryer was baby size – if you have long hair, it will take forever to dry. The hotel building itself is beautiful, but that alone does not make a great stay. For the price, I expected much more. I would recommend looking for another place in this beautiful city.

Una experiencia inolvidable. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos recibió con mucha amabillidad. El check in fue rápido donde nos aconsejaron sitios para ir a comer y cenar, ya que era nuestro aniversario. La habitación era espectacular, amplia y limpia, con muchos detalles cuidadosamente pensado, donde no echamos en falta nada. Cama muy cómoda. Su limpieza diaria impecable, con un ambiente a frescura. El desayuno variado, con fruta fresca y alimentos locales y saludables. Un gran servicio en general que nos sorprende en un lugar apartado que acompaña a desconectar. Regresaremos pronto.

Habíamos reservado una Junior Suite.. resulta una cueva sin luz sin balcón sin apertura..Tuvimos que cambiar y pagar un upgrade.. Las habitaciones son cómodas y bien equipadas..Pero no vista mar no servicios..Caro por lo que es... .

Sehr schönes Hotel, gepflegt und wirklich sauber. Die Zimmer werden auf Wunsch jeden Tag frisch gemacht und alles ist sehr harmonisch angelegt mit viel Sand. Wir sind die ganze Zeit barfuß gelaufen. Das Frühstück ist lecker und es gibt die Wahl aus drei Speißen. Das Bett ist super groß und jedes Zimmer hat einen Ventilator aber auch eine AC. Zum Strand sind es keine 3 min und Abends kann man direkt um die Ecke in verschiedenen Restaurants supper essen.

Die Toilette im Zimmer ist nur durch einen Vorhang (Geräusche) getrennt und die Wand nach oben offen (Gerüche). Es gibt noch eine Toilette im Frühstücksbereich, aber da ist man auch eher mitten drin. Wenn man kein Spanisch kann, ist man eher aufgeschmissen, da das Personal kein Englisch spricht. Der Serviegedanke wird jetzt auch nicht extensiv ausgelebt. Man muss aber auch sagen, dass wir in der Woche dort waren, in denen die Besitzer nicht da waren. Wir gehen schwer von aus, dass vor allem der Service besser gewesen und Missverständnisse nicht enstanden wären.
