The apartment surroundings were very scary. I read a review from google. Very bad reviews from another tenant. I go there by myself to see if it's true. omg its true ! It's like an empty building. I decided to cancel my booking right away. My rm207 burnt because it was non refundable. I dont want to sacrifice our safety for that. I am so disappointed and won't book it again.

A bit ridiculous rules bcs they charge you if you want to use their iron board, etc. I’ve been to many apartment b4 but this is the first time I found the apartment that we need to be charged for using something basic just like iron board 🙄

We like WiFi, water filter and kitchen tool. Iron, iron board and all.

Rent about, iron iron board, hair dryer and another tool..

Size and location

No essential utilities. Bad service.

Quite & peaceful location..

The facilities not under good maintenance. The pool water not really clean,might be the filter didn't work well. No clear signage from main road to the location. After the guard house it was too dark,no good lighting available no signage or warning poles. In the house a bit dusty mostly on the tv rack & coffee table. No water heater in the bathroom The bed not comfortable due to squeezing sound and might be the bed awaiting to broke. No sound proofing,no privacy.. can hear people talking in the house from the main entrance hallway.
