This is an amazing place to chill out and relax The hot tub is wood burning and is so easy to use The owner is so friendly and helpful even msg me to ask when we were arriving so he could warm the hot tub up for us Would definitely recommend to friends and family to come here was our first time and won’t be our last

The whole caravan and garden were a great setting to wake up to and the owner says he is adding more greenery to make the place feel more private

Our stay here was amazing, the owner mark coudnt do enough for us I had emailed previously about some things and everything was ready for when I got there & he even decorated the cabin for us. Location is also great very accessible to york itself but far enough out the way for it to be lovely and quiet. It was so amazing I can’t thank him enough hope to be back very soon

The only thing I struggled with was the cut out of the mattress I felt like my head was falling through the gap but it wouldn’t stop me returning and others like me who have that problem can just slide a little down the bed not a problem

Telly .. not great connection to WiFi so constantly buffering

We absolutely loved it here!!! Perfect hot tub in the most amazing private little garden, the hut was wonderful, so clean and well decored, the bed was divine!!! It's so warm and comfy. i have never slept as well as i did last night!!! (I dont settle properly away from home) When we came friday, it was really windy and raining, but that didn't stop us from getting in the hot tub with a glass of fizz!! In fact, i enjoyed the hot tub more in the wind and rain it was so relaxing!! We spent the day in york City Centre, which was lovely wr went on the bus and got of at picadilly we got two return tickets which cost £7.20 Bargin cheaper then a taxi! we have been recommending here to friends, and we have booked it again for April 2024!! We can't wait to come back!!! And Mark, the owner is absolutely lovely!! Someone you can have a good bit of crack with, couldn't be anymore lovely and helpful if he tried! We had an issue using the electric cooker i messaged him, and he was straight to us to show us how to use it!! He had no guests checking in and told me there was no rush on checkout. Thank you so much, Mark, at Bleak house farm, Cant wait to stay again.

Honestly i cant find a fault at all!!! It's just to good
