The swimming pool is dirty, for my kids to swim. Gym broken. The water tastes odd. Giving me a sore throat. being charged extra RM 72. None of them picks up the phone. Even didn't reply to WhatsApp when I inquired about the extra charges. The surrounding area is polluted with rubbish.
