Personally the location wasn’t the best although was fine for the money. Parking was quite tricky but did manage to find some on the street.
GBGBGBComfortable bed. Common areas dirty. Toilet bowl dirty. No forks, no sugar , no toiletries neither hand soap which was extremely inconvenient. Kitchen cupboard door also covered in oil.

GBThe communication from the landlord was great,very respectful and understanding at all times.Will definitely be returning for any future trips to Birmingham because I felt cosy and comfortable.The heating was great and warmed up the whole house very quickly.
There was only one roll of toilet roll and some of the cutlery was still dirty upon arrival.
