The flat is close to the beach and the city center is not far by car. Sleeping there is quite comfortable and no noise from surrounding, but it was impossible to turn the lights totally off as they were broken and a little brightness remained on all the time...

Even if the building is quite new, the furniture is quite old/broken. The kitchen is very poorly equipped and hasn't enough dishes or pots to cook a dish of pasta for all! The cleaning is reduced to the minimum with a lot of dust on the sofas, carpets and wardrobe. The price is too high for the quality provided.
