Luxury & Merry Private Room in DC

It’s a lovely home, shared with 4 other people. I loved the room we had. Spacious, and comfortable. The price couldn’t be beat too. There’s comments about safety of the neighborhood. It’s a predominantly black neighborhood. Don’t go out alone and ur fine! I’m a women and didn’t feel unsafe. Washington DC is going to be like that. And compared to other neighborhoods, it’s a fine area.

To be clear. This is a shared living home. The cleanliness was not good. Shower had hair piled up, and was uncomfortable. Not a lot of utensils either.. worst of all. The shower door downstairs did not lock. My bf mom stayed in another home down the street and had the exact same experience. Broken lock, dirty home. PLEASE BRING MORE BLANKETS (there’s only a tiny one for the bed)

This property is not representative of what you receive. There is a reason there are no photos of the outside. I ubered there and ubered back to the city straight after and booked another place. Not Safe AT ALL.

Convenient location, not far from the center.

It was a private house in which separate rooms were rented out. The kitchen was very dirty, the bathroom and bedroom were relatively clean. There wasn't even a sheet in the bedroom to cover yourself with. Only a small blanket and what I understand is for general use. It hadn't been washed. And it was very unpleasant to cover yourself with it.
