The host could have met with us and show us how to get the key and show us our apartment or even send a message. The bedding, doors, dishes and glasses were dirty. The cushions were smelly and the couch was dirty. Needs thorough cleaning

The place was grubby-needs a good sugar soap wash- or a paint. Carpets / lounge suite needs deep cleaning. Beds had no mattress / pillow protectors. Curtains are poorly hung. The kitchen was poorly stocked.
