The window and the door of balcony and also store room didn't lock when we do checking before sleep. It only can be close after few tried. Please imagine if we didn't notice and we left the belongings at there and somebody climb up and sneak in at the midnight. There is only one water heater and one of the room do not have aircond. The owner didn't reply anything except the auto reply, can't imagine if we have anything wanted to ask the owner. Besides, please bring along your own iron and board, hair dryer and rice cooker as you need to pay if you want to use it. The place is quite dark and only few tenants, try not to go back too late.

Location was very strategic, easy to go to the location and very accessible. Quite surroundings but not really scary, very peaceful.
The facilities for the condo - swimming pool was not clean and we didn't get to go for a dip with our little children. Also, would just be slightly better if the water heater is available for all three bathrooms. Refrigerator had a bit of a smell but overall still okay since its clean.
