Location of the caravan.a little far from public transport ,that only because my husband and I have mobility issues.otherwise it would have been fine

Lovely caravan close to market beach and arcades great location

The location is pretty much perfect, you are far enough inside the park to not be bothered by noise from surrounding roads and nearly all external venues. The van has just about everything you need if you’re planning on spending time in the van rather than just using it as a base point, and is also stocked with things you may forget yourself. It’s only a few minutes walk from Sealands which offers plenty throughout the day and in evenings and also the cheapest lager and bitter we saw while we were there. Sealands also has a cafe and chippy just below it for those who don’t fancy cooking or making food themselves.

Nothing to do with the property itself, the noise from Butlins may travel with the wind, unfortunately we booked our stay at the same time as Butlins were hosting a rave event, so there was a faint boom boom boom until around 5am in the morning. we will be rebooking with Zack again next year.

The caravan was in a really good location close to all amenities. The family bar was good and my grandson loved the soft play area.

It was nice and relaxing

The single bed was uncomfortable and it could do with decking out front as the steps are not safe when it rains. The double bed sinks in the middle.
