"A pleasant stay over Christmas"

We received the room code on time and check in was easy. The parking spaces behind the hotel were a bit tight but there are other options available. Communication with the staff (Carolina) was excellent, everything was very well explained and when we had a problem with the heating in our room on Christmas day, Carolina responded quickly and efficiently. Thank you! Our room had all the comforts required for a short stay and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything you need to make breakfast and small hot meals. The water bottles in the room and the hot chocolate kit provided on Christmas Day were a lovely touch. All in all we can recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

The location is not very touristy or picturesque but Rugby city centre and the local park are in walking distance. There is no lift so elderly guests should maybe be warned about having to negotiate a lengthy staircase and uneven steps at the top.

It was just perfect! Everything you need, lovely and clean. Great location! You will not be disappointed! Host Carolina was amazing and so super efficient in responding to any queries, so helpful!

Very clean room.size of room was perfect. Nice kitchen and bathroom in the room but the room temperature was a little bit cold and also no a slipper in the room for guest😄

"A perfect Replacement for a Hotel Stay!"

I only stayed in hotels when visiting family in the area. But I'm really happy I made the change I couldn't fault the anything about my stay inside the property. Very comfortable and had all the facilities I needed. I felt like a home rather than a hotel stay.

I know Rugby well and I guess the location isn't great, but that's down to the local council to improve the area. So that's outside the Hotels hands. I think this accommodation only improves the Town. The area is completely safe and it's so convenient for walking distance for access to town, train station and road links. I'd definitely return. Likely in January.
