The Stable - For A Unique Retreat

Wonderful location. Very peaceful. The Stables is a tardis from the outside but perfectly balanced inside. Comfort and style and everything we could need.

The bed mattress was a little too hard for me, rand so my back was bad every morning.

Great location - easy access to main road linking bexhill to Pevensey but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Property was very well equipped, provision of toiletries, tea, sugar, coffee and cleaning/ washing up equipment etc. Bed very comfortable, plenty of hot water.

Rural setting, modern facilities

Previous persons rubbish had not been removed. No instructions as to what to do with rubbish, and not spare bin bags. Insufficient information about how to use appliances - the cooker and oven posed a real challenge.

Very peaceful location, quiet but with easy access. Weather was poor but the cottage was always warm and cosy, even on arrival.

Nothing really although for such a well equipped cottage slightly surprised that although tea/ coffee was provided no milk to make a drink on arrival. Very small point.
