really nice house in a great location. close to beach and quiet area. you have access to the pool as well and parking is available on the street.

the hot water situation is not very good. not enough pressure and it fluctuates between hot and cold. a tip is to let the sink hot water run and then the shower to get continuous hot water. would be nice to provide shower gel for guests.
