Guasimeta Duplex - Pool & Balcony

Emplacement de l'appartement, facile d'accès, calme malgré que ce soit proche de l'aéroport.

Manque d'ustensiles pour cuisiner, wc cassé, un seul ventilateur donc dans le salon fenêtre ouverte mais moustiques et à 6h environ fermeture fenêtre car les avions commencent à atterrir ou décoller. Mais surtout j'ai réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 ado de 16 ans, du coup celui qui a passé 7 nuits sur le clic clac du salon une horreur, on ne peut pas appeler ça un lit!!! Aucun confort, bien dommage! Et 1ere fois sur booking qu'on me prend une caution et qu'elle est débloquée plus de 15 jours après notre retour.

Appartamento molto carino, spazioso, ben arredato e pulito; al primo piano, con balcone, allestito con tavolo esterno (con possibilità di ombrellone), e si intravede il mare. Cucina ben equipaggiata, ho trovato tutto il necessario per cucinare. Letto comodo e bagno dotato di phon e con prodotti per la doccia/corpo/spazzolino-dentifricio, molto apprezzati. Si trova in una via chiusa, pertanto non c'è alcun rumore, di auto di passaggio o altro; il luogo è molto silenzioso. Facilità di comunicazione con l'host così come semplice l'accesso e il ritiro delle chiavi.

Nulla in particolare, ma: migliorerei la pulizia delle scale esterne per accedere all'appartamento. Il deposito cauzionale di 200€ viene restituito dopo 3 settimane e mi sembra un tempo troppo lungo per trattenere la spesa

We love the complex and position of apartment. Easy to access. Very clean . Well equipped. Every thing we needed. Balcony with table and chairs. We did like it. Good communication from owner.

We really struggled to sleep , the mattresses on the bed were so hard, I have a bad back and was in a lot of pain, I slept on sofa a couple of nights. We wont stay again if the lady with the white dog is still next door, no 55 ? It barked when ever anyone walked past during the day,this was really annoying when we went back after the beach to relax before going out in evening. When we got back after eating out in the evening it was barking , almost continuously, on one evening we got back at 10.30pm and it was howling for 2 hours !!!! This really stressed us and certainly spoiled our stay , there was no consideration from this lady , even when dog was inside we could clearly hear it barking. I understand that some of these apartments have residents stay who own them , but not at the expense of people who have paid to rent an apartment to have a relaxing holiday and I am surprised the noise was not picked up by any of the Guasimeta staff who should have put a stop to the noise. It was such a shame as really spoilt our stay, as we had come away to destress after looking after my step Mother until she passed away in February.

Location was great .Apartment was good .near the beach and bars and restaurants.

There was only 3 toilets rolls for a three week stay .I rubbish bag for two weeks.The hairdryer blew a fuse the first time my wife used it .She got a fright.replaced it with a hairdryer the next day which was good. Had to pay a €200 deposit which I have never done with booking . Com before.Not to happy with that.

Found it a lovely, quiet complex. Everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed every minute of it.
