"Place is good with friendly owner. Maintainence and privacy of guests need to be taken care of."

Promptness of owner and his staff. Very active and always available on call. Rooms were clean, kitchen was clean and overall property was well maintained.

Rooms and washrooms are not properly sanitized. Earthworms are in washrooms, lizards are in kitchen area. Most wrong thing is both washrooms are openly connected to each other. No privacy. If some lady is bathing in 1 washroom and 1 men in other then there is no privacy between the two washrooms. Told the manager but he was helpless except rolling down the curtain of 1 washroom which is as good as done nothing.

Le cadre est fabuleux avec l’espace salon/cuisine ouvert qui sépare les 2 grandes chambres. La communication était réactive avec les hôtes et les personnels. Rapport qualité/prix top! Proche de toutes commodités ( restaurants, services blanchisseries, massages, marchés…) Nous y reviendrons. Merci pour tout 🙏

We zijn ontzettend goed geholpen door Wayan en het hele team. Bij aankomst zagen we meteen een mooie villa, met een schoon zwembad en een verzorgde uitstraling – alles leek netjes en fris. Hier en daar wat kleine dingen, zoals een deur die niet perfect sluit, maar dat mocht de pret zeker niet drukken. Alles was verder gewoon top geregeld. De locatie is goed: we zijn overal makkelijk met Grab gekomen en het was steeds goed te vinden en te regelen. Kortom, een fijne plek met geweldige service!

The location was great—only a short walk to the mini-marts and close to Seminyak Village. The self-contained villa was well equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms. The kitchen and communal areas were open-plan and rustic and the pool was clean and well maintained. Communication with the owners was easy and prompt when needed.
