Un alojamiento perfecto, 10/10, lugar limpio , seguro , tranquilo, equipado con todo lo necesario para una fenomenal estancia , y se torna aún más acogedor por el trato y la decencia del propietario, quien en todo momento fue muy amable conmigo e incluso excesivamente flexible en relación al horario del check out. De verdad muy agradecido por el trato, y si regreso a Puerto Plata sin pensarlo dos veces me hospedaría en este lugar porque además está a pocos minutos de los principales atractivos turísticos del centro de Puerto Plata. El hospeda tiene una tremenda vista a la montaña (loma Isabel de Torres) e incluso se logra apreciar un poco el mar desde el balcón.

Este lugar no tiene nada que criticarle, un lugar muy acogedor.

El sitio está muy bien, con referencia a Farmacia los Reyes puedes llegar en Uber sin problemas y fácilmente La terracita común es lo mejor cuando viajas con más personas en diferentes apartamentoos....

I’ve stayed here several times, and the customer service is fantastic. Sr. Hector and his team are amazing, always making sure everything is perfect. The WiFi is excellent, which is great for remote work. I really enjoy the hospitality and the convenient location.

Nothing stands out as a negative.

The room was absolutely stunning, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Héctor has been extremely helpful, attentive and welcoming even before I arrived in Puerto Plata. I 100% recommend Royal Terrace and will stay there again for my next stay
