Très bonne situation de l'hôtel Personnel agréable et souriant Possibilité de se baigner dans une eau turquoise et snorkeling en accès direct depuis l'hôtel Nourriture peu variée mais bonne

LE SPA : massages de moindre qualité, masseuses très peu impliquées (parlent entre elles durant le massage, baillent,...) exceptées 2 personnes

The hotel looks higher quality than it is from the pictures. Food wasnt the best thing there, some drink policies were a bit nonsense but staff was amazing and overall the experience was pleasant. Tried a higher level hotel(5 star) afterwards and it had scam schemes where bel air didnt have any staff harassing us not even once. This one was the most pleasant hotel in terms of staff. Staff were respectful

بيل اير ازور هو الاختيار الاول لي بالغردقه رحله قصير لكن ممتعه شكرا لجميع الاستاف بدايه من الرسيبشن الي عمال الغرف والبوفيه والمطعم الرئيسي خالص الشكر لمستر عوض علي كل ما يقوم به من تحضير ومساعده لاقامتي المتكرره بنفس الغرفه لتسهيل الاقامه المريحه شكرا علي حسن الاستضافه

"زتونه الفندق"

الخدمه جميله والمكان تحفه واخص بالشكر مستر محمد السيد كان بيساعد جدا في اي حاجة كنت بحتاجها وكمان الفندق للكبار بس يعني بجد روقان جدا لو ناوي على شهر عسل او لو عاوز تروق وتبقى في مكان هادي

الانيميشن كان ضعيف اجزاء من الشاطئ كانت صخرية بس المارينه عندهم تحفة ولو نزلت من عندها ممكن تعمل سنوركلينج بتشوف اسماك جميلة جدا وشعب مرجانيه روعة
