Staff is super friendly (reception, kitchen staff, pool staff) specially Mohamed Amin from the pool staff Food was amazing (breakfast, dinner and pool lunch) Ice cream was very tasty

There are too many restaurant chairs on the pool that should be replaced by pool shezlongs Pool shezlongs are not enough

أحيانا عندما نجرب مكان إقامة ويكون جيد عند إعادة التجربة بيكون فيه قلق أن لا يكون بنفس المستوى السابق ولكن مع بيل اير أزور بكل فرق العمل التي لا تتوانى عن تقديم أفضل خدمة بقيادة المايسترو الموهوب مستر بيتر الذي يدير كل هذه المنظومة الرائعة فدائما يتم الإتجاه للأفضل فدائما مع كل تجربة لي ليس فقط يفوق توقعاتي بل يزيد عليها
